Domestic Shipping Costs

We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping Australia wide.

Free delivery is available for all Australian orders over $140.00AUD.

Express post shipping is available for $15.00 Australia wide for single small and medium sized collections only.  Express post is not available for the Whole Collection, Cleaning Collection, the Caddy or multiple collections and items being shipped together.

Domestic Shipping Process

PACKING:

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once packed, parcels are collected by our shipping partner on the next scheduled pickup day. You will receive tracking details once your order has been scanned into the network.

During launch periods, promotions or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING:

We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Express shipping is not available for large items (the Whole Collection, the Cleaning Collection, or orders with more than one collection).

Standard deliveries within QLD take 2-4 business days.  Standard deliveries to locations outside of QLD take 3-6 business days. 

Express deliveries within QLD take 1-2 business days and Express deliveries outside of QLD take 1-3 business days.

Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

Shipping Tracking

At the time of dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and link that you may use to track your order via Australia post.

International Shipping

We ship international orders with Australia Post. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 6-20 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.
