MEET CINDY
As a well-respected renovation expert and interior stylist, Cindy Mead recognised the challenges between achieving simplicity and style within her spaces, and finding home and personal care products that tell a cohesive story in a sustainable way. The aesthetic products she loved were almost exclusively made from single-use plastics, and the alternative options were not quite right.
The desire to find a solution between style and sustainability was strengthened following the birth of her daughter Amelie, in 2022. Cindy became very conscious of her environmental footprint, gaining a deeper understanding of how much single-use plastic was ending up in landfill, and the impact this was having on our collective future.
During her maternity leave, Améli Home was born.
