RECIPES
KITCHEN CLEANER
Ingredients:
- 200ml distilled water
- 100ml Castile soap
- 150ml vodka
- 10 drops lemon or orange essential oil
- 5 drops peppermint oil
Combine in Améli vessel and gently mix to combine. Ensure oils are dissolved to prevent spray blockages (add more vodka if required). Cuts grease and leaves a streak-free shine on benches and stovetops. Please keep pets and kids off damp surfaces until dry.
BATHROOM CLEANER
Ingredients:
- 200ml warm distilled water
- 2 tbsp Lectric Soda
- 50ml Castile soap
- 30ml vodka
- 25 drops essential oils of choice
Dissolve lectric soda in warm water. Add to Améli vessel. Add castile soap and essential oils. Gently stir ensuring oils are emulsified. Release cap if pressure mounts.
TOILET CLEANER
Ingredients:
- 350ml distilled water
- 100ml vodka
- 1 pump dish soap
- 10 drops eucalyptus oil
- 5 drops lavender oil
- 5 drops lemon oil
Combine in Améli vessel and gently mix to combine. Ensure oils are emulsified, add more vodka if required. Spray inside bowl and under rim, scrub after 5 to 10 minutes. Please don't spray near open pet bedding or let babies or toddlers touch wet surfaces.
GLASS CLEANER
Ingredients:
- 250ml distilled water
- 200ml white vinegar
- 30ml vodka
- 1 pump dish soap
- 10 drops peppermint essential oil
Combine in Améli spray bottle, stir gently. Ensure oils are emulsified, add more vodka if required. Guaranteed you will not find a better glass cleaning product. Please avoid using near pet bowls and ventilate well if cleaning near pets or kids.
MOULD SPRAY
Ingredients:
- 400ml distilled water
- 50ml vodka (or alcohol)
- 10 drops clove oil
- 10 drops tea tree oil
Combine in Améli vessel and gently mix to combine. Ensure oils are emulsified, add more vodka if required. Spray onto affected areas, leave for an hour to kill mould spores, then remove stains if required. Suitable for hard, non-porous surfaces such as tiles, grout, glass, stainless steel, and sealed benchtops. Also safe for light use on fabrics. Always patch test first.
FABRIC SPOT CLEANER
Ingredients:
- 250ml distilled water
- 100ml white vinegar
- 100ml Castile soap
- 30ml vodka
- 10 drops lemon or eucalyptus essential oil
Combine in Améli vessel and gently mix to combine. Ensure oils are dissolved. Spray directly on spots, blot gently to remove marks. Let sit for 10 mins for persistent marks. Always patch test before use and please do not use on pet bedding unless changing the oil blend.
FABRIC REFRESH SPRAY
Ingredients:
- 300ml distilled water
- 150ml vodka or alcohol
- 10 drops lavender
- 5 drops bergamot
- 5 drops ylang ylang
Combine in Améli vessel and gently mix to combine. Ensure oils are emulsified, add more vodka if required. Mist lightly over linens, curtains, and soft furnishings.
FLOOR CLEANER
Ingredients:
- 480ml warm distilled water
- 1 tbsp liquid castile soap
- 10 drops lemon or eucalyptus oil
Combine in Améli vessel and gently mix to combine. Pump a small amount into a mop bucket with warm water or spray onto floor if using a flat mop. Safe for most floors as it has no vinegar but always check with flooring manufacturer and patch test. Leaves no residue, is gentle and effective. Please keep pets and kids off the floors until dry.
